Socialmention.com - one of the best social media backlink tools around. You can sort mentions by date, source, postrank and filter results. Socialmention is a real time search platform. You can receive free daily email alerts of your brand, company, marketing campaign, on a developing news story or a competitor. There is another great feature - you can display realtime social buzz on your site or blog.

Sitemention.com - information is gathered from Google blog search, Twitter, Friend Feed, Youtube, Myspace, Flickr, Yahoo Answers, Digg, Delicious, Furl and Reddit. This tool also shows social bookmarking resources pie chart.

Backtweets.com - I like this tool, it’s pretty handy for checking backlinks and mentions from Twitter.

Quarkbase.com - this tool shows social media backlinks gathered from Digg, Delicious, Technorati and Twitter. It also shows blog mentions, server location map, Alexa Rank and another useful information.

Popuri.us - a tool to check at-a-glance the link popularity of any site based on its ranking (Google PageRank, Alexa Rank, Technorati), social bookmarks (Delicious), backlinks (Google BackLinks, Yahoo BackLinks, Live Search BackLinks), RSS subscribers (Bloglines) and more.
